Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ItsaYes beta platform, website, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Because the project is currently in beta and operated by an individual founder, the Service is provided “as is” without any commercial guarantees.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ItsaYes. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial wedding planning use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact contact@itsayes.io immediately. We reserve the right to suspend beta accounts that abuse or misuse the Service.
3. Service scope
ItsaYes currently offers experimental tools for wedding planning—including AI-assisted moodboards, tasks, budgets, and guest management. Because this is a beta product, features may change or be removed without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload illegal or harmful material,
- share copyrighted or private content without authorization,
- attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules.
5. Content ownership
You own your uploaded content. By using the platform, you grant ItsaYes a limited licence to host, display, and process that content only to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any uploaded content (e.g., photos, designs).
6. Pricing and payments
The beta version of ItsaYes is currently free of charge. Paid plans may be introduced later; if so, new payment terms will apply, and users will be notified before any charge occurs.
7. AI-generated content
Some features rely on AI models. AI outputs are for creative inspiration only and may contain inaccuracies or copyrighted material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or using them.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made regarding uptime, feature stability, or results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of ItsaYes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the beta.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime by contacting contact@itsayes.io. We may suspend or close inactive or abusive accounts.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the founder’s country of residence (Singapore). Any dispute will be resolved amicably first; otherwise, through competent local courts.
12. Updates
These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material updates will be posted on the website.
